We provide ongoing training for all staff on best practices for inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and how to assist travellers with diverse needs. We also ensure that all staff are equipped to create a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests, no matter their sexual orientation, gender identity, or background.

Support for LGBTQ+ Travelers

We operate under and uphold a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. We operate in LGBTQ+ friendly destinations and ensure safe spaces are available throughout our tour experiences. On request, we can offer tailored LGBTQ+ focused itineraries and experiences that celebrate diversity.

Support for Persons of Colour

We operate under and uphold a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on the colour of someone’s skin, their clothing, their accent, or their features. We operate in destinations that are safe for people of colour, including men, women and children, and ensure safe spaces are available throughout our tour experiences. On request, we can offer tailored itineraries and experiences that celebrate and accommodate diversity.

Safe Space Guarantee

We have a clear and visible commitment to safety, ensuring every traveller feels welcomed, protected, and heard throughout their journey. We encourage an open dialogue for direct feedback, as well as welcome reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and Facebook allowing travellers to express concerns or experiences and ensuring these are addressed promptly. We continually assess and improve our inclusivity policies by analysing all feedback given.
