  • What time will you pick me up?

    We start picking passengers up from the time stated on the booking (e.g 1:00pm) in Queenstown and then depart towards Invercargill via SH 6. We may have a lot of pick-up addresses, so we will let you know via text what time your pick-up time is scheduled for on the day of travel.

  • Where will you pick me up from?

    We can pick up from any safe, legal spot. If you are in the CBD, we now require you to select Athol Street Bus Stop. If you are out of our pick-up area we can negotiate a close, safe space. We can not pick you up on yellow lines, from taxi ranks, or from thoroughfares.

  • How much does the trip cost?

    Our fares adapt depending on your pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as by age. Our full fare for 1 adult travelling from Queenstown CBD to Invercargill CBD is $75.00.

  • What if I need to cancel or make a change?

    All booking changes are free of charge provided we have to space to accommodate the request. All booking cancellations are subject to a $10 fee per person, and travel within 48 hours is fully non-refundable.

Please note: due to high traffic congestion and parking limitations in Central Queenstown, all pick-ups conducted in the CBD need to be at Athol Street Bus Stop for your reservation to be valid. This ongoing situation is outside of our control and we thank you for your understanding.
