Terms and Conditions of Bus Stop Travel Discounts

By selecting the option for a discounted pick-up from a bus stop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Discounted Pick-Up:

   • The discounted pick-up rate is available only for pick-up from the listed, valid, recognized bus stops within our service area.

   • The bus stop address you enter must be an official, identifiable bus stop location as per our terms and conditions.

2. Entering the Bus Stop Address:

   • You are required to provide the address of the bus stop where you wish to be picked up when entering the "enter full pick up address” box. This address must match an actual, operational bus stop you select in the drop-down.

   • Only bus stop addresses will be accepted. Providing any other location or address (such as private addresses, landmarks, etc.) will result in service charges at the discretion of Catch a Bus South and its associated businesses.

3. Accuracy of Information:

   • It is your responsibility to enter the correct and complete bus stop address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or cancellation of your pick-up.

   • We are not liable for any issues or loss arising from inaccurate address information provided.

4. Discounted Rate Application:

   • The discounted rate for pick-up from a bus stop will automatically apply once the correct bus stop address is selected and verified.

   • The discount applies only to the pick-up location from a bus stop and is not transferable to other services or locations.

5. Verification and Acceptance:

   • The address you provide will be verified to ensure it corresponds with a recognized bus stop location.

   • If the address provided does not meet our bus stop criteria or is not verifiable, we reserve the right to refuse the reservation and or offer alternative options at the regular rate.

6. Service Limitations:

   • Discounted pick-up from a bus stop is subject to availability and may not be available during high-demand times or in certain locations.

   • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Cancellations and Changes:

   • If you need to cancel or change your pick-up location, please contact us promptly. Changes to the pick-up address after booking may result in a revised fare or cancellation of the discount.

   • All changes and cancellations will incur a $10 fee per person, and all cancellations within 48 hours of travel are full non-refundable.

8. Liability:

   • We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address entries, road closures, or other external factors outside our control.

   • By selecting this discounted pick-up service, you accept full responsibility for providing the correct bus stop address and for any consequences arising from incorrect information.
