Luggage Allowance Policy for all Operated Services:

To ensure a comfortable and efficient journey for all passengers, our shuttle service allows each passenger to bring:

• 1 large bag (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)

• 1 carry-on sized bag (up to 7 kg / 15 lbs)

Please note all bags must be stored behind the regulation-approved cargo barrier. Items such as a small hang-bag may be appropriate to carry on board but must not encroach on the comfort of others. It is also a security requirement for these badges to be stowed appropriately.

Additional or oversized luggage is able to be purchased at the time of booking for an extra fee, or even require special arrangements depending on the size. Please ensure that your bags meet the size and weight guidelines to avoid delays. Passengers are responsible for managing their own luggage.
