Under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Act 2020 (the Amendment Act), all indoor workplaces must be smoke-free and vape-free.

This policy covers smoking of any product, the use of smokeless or "spit" tobacco and the use of e-cigarettes or other vape products. The policy applies to employees and visitors. Our vehicles are the workplaces of our employees. This means that our whole fleet, all depot buildings, and other company property is smoke-free and vape-free at all times.

Visitors will be informed of this policy throughout the booking process, as well as on their confirmation, and reminded through signage onboard, and the policy will be reinforced by management.
